Can I Return the Products I Have Bought? What Are Your Return Conditions?

With an unconditional replacement, Beniz Bebe undertakes to replace your product with another product without asking for a reason, provided that the original packaging is not damaged and the product is not damaged, within 7 days after receiving the product.
Returns must be made with the original box or packaging.
The original box/packaging is damaged (example: Products with a cargo label attached on the original box and taped with cargo parcel tape) are not accepted.
Returns of products that have lost their resaleability feature and cannot be purchased by another customer are not accepted.
You must send a petition containing the original invoice (all copies you have) and the reason for the return, along with the product you want to return.
If the product/products you want to return are defective, the shipping fee is covered by our company. In this case, you have to send the product with the contracted cargo company that brought the product to you. In other return cases, the shipping fee belongs to you.
If the product or products you want to return are wanted to be returned without entering the definition of defective goods, the shipping fee of this return is taken from the customer.
Product order amounts are returned within 45 days.
